Ross arrested for deceiving women into breast exams

Breast cancer awareness is very important, however that does not mean just anyone should be administering breast examinations, particularly after downing Jäger bombs. According to the Idaho Statesman, a Boise woman named Kristina Ross, 37, has been imprisoned for fooling other women into bar-room breast examinations. Ross – who operated under the guise of Dr. Berlyn Aussieahshowna – sits in an Ada County Jail. Her bond is $ 100,000 because of 2 felony counts of practicing medicine without a license.

Nightclubs were the place for Kristina Ross to find ‘patients’

There were accounts of interactions with Kristina Ross. Many women reported this. One woman was fondled above her clothes while another was disrobed for Ross. These both happened in the very same place. Boise pubs were the locations. A local licensed plastic surgeon’s office told the Statesman that it had been receiving appointment calls from ladies asking for Dr. Berlyn Aussieahshowna. Even though nobody with the name of Dr. Aussieahshowna worked there, women would call to say that they had scheduled appointments.

breast inspection and breast cancer were things that Kristina Ross seemed to know a "significant" knowledge about based on her victims. Other victims of Ross are being searched for by police. The nightclubs she regularly goes to are being searched.

Criminal record of Ross as a man

Right now, Ross claims being a woman. She is a transgender reportedly. In her prior life as a male, Ross had a criminal background in Idaho. Under the exact same name of Kristina Ross, he was convicted of aggravated battery in 2003. After going into a male prison, Ross had his classification go to "MTF" which is male to female. The Idaho Department of Corrections had classified Ross as a man at first. Kristina Ross was not kept with the general population, according to Idaho authorities.

Punishment for Ross’ most recent criminal offense

A $100,000 bond is what Ross is being held on right now although a $5,000 bond was asked for by her court-appointed attorney. As much as five years in prison could be exactly what the sentence is for each of the 2 charges of practicing medicine without a license for Ross.
